SPECULATIVE BUBBLES

There is a bubble from the moment when the logic of price formation becomes essentially "self- referential" and where the reasoning of arbitrage between the different assets no longer applies:  a disproportionately high price today is justified only by the belief that it will be "higher tomorrow", while the comparison with the prices of other assets can not justify it.

This kind of more or less irrational behavior of markets, creating price anomalies, is one of the phenomena studied in behavioral finance.

The low interest rates of central banks over a period of several months or years, have encouraged economic players to heavily borrow, but by placing themselves in a collectively risky position in case of rising rates, the risk of significant losses may plunge the global economy into a crisis like the one of 2008 to see worse.

The fixed rate of 1% imposed by the WAT$, the 100% guarantee of the financing of the credit by the savings of the investment funds and the crowdfunding should avoid any risk of speculative bubbles.
